AY Gate backup considerations.
The only information you need to back up is the Script Description files. These files have an extension ayg and are located in the AY Gate data folder. Every time you generate and install a script, new file is generated.
The file contains the script location, script settings, and, most importantly, the encryption key. Without this key, you cannot use the script any more.
If an ayg file is stolen, it may be used to send an arbitrary mail through your script. Therefore, we strongly suggest removing the script from your Web server if the security of your desktop computer is compromised.
If you want to move AY Gate to other computer, simply install it on the new computer, then copy all the ayg files over to the new location.
