LEdit per-language notes

LEdit operates in any MS Windows environment on PCs, which includes MS Windows 3.x (only 16-bit), Windows 95/98 and Windows NT. It exists in two forms - LEDIT.DLL for 16-bit applications and LEDIT32.DLL for 32-bit applications. We also offer full selection of object oriented wrappers.
