Group Definition dialog

Groups are needed when you want to send a message to a part of the list.
This dialog lets you create or edit a definition of the group of recipients. The group is defined by a set of conditions. You create a definition of the group, which will be used at the time of sending to select the recipients. If you change the data for a recipient it will be included or excluded from the group based on the new data.
Name of the Group specifies a name for the group. It lets you recognize the group on the list and refer to this group.
Conditions The list of the conditions that you specify.
All The group will only include the recipients who meet all of the conditions. This is the most restrictive setting.
Any The group will only include the recipients who meet any of the conditions. This is the least restrictive setting.
None The group will only include the recipients who do not meet any of the conditions. If a recipient meets any one of the coditions, he will not be a member of the group.
Add button opens the Filter dialog to let you add a new condition to the list.
Remove button deletes the selected condition from the list.
Clear All button deletes all the conditions from the list.
