Combine Recipient Lists dialog

This dialog lets you combine recipient lists from different projects.

What do you want to do? Specify what operation you want to perform with your current recipient list. You may either add or subtract lists:

Add Recipients from the other list. If duplicate recipients are found, keep the one that is already on the list .

Add Recipients from the other list. If duplicate recipients are found, discard the one that is already on the list and replace it with the imported recipient .

Black List. Remove recipients who are on the other list. Use this option if you have a common black list to remove all blacklisted recipients before sending.

White List. Remove all the recipients except those who are on the other list.

Merge data fields. No new recipients will be created, only data fields for the existing recipients will change . Use this option if you only want to import data for the existing recipients. This may help you combine data from different sources into a single project.

Once you select the operation, you will have to select the location of the project containing the other list with the Select The Recipient List dialog.
