Test your message

 No special skills required
We strongly suggest testing all your messages before
you do mass mailing. It is a great responsibility mailing
your message to thousands of people. To thoroughly test
a message, you need to send it to at least 3-4 different
recipients and make sure they get it right. If you use
highly customized messages, we suggest altering
data fields for test
recipients so that you cover as much diversity as you can.
There are two ways to send a test message.
1. Click on the Message tab and select
Message->Test Send from the menu. The Test Send
dialog will
appear where you can type in the email address or
select from the list of most recently used ones.
2. Click on the Recipients tab, then right click
on any email address and select Send To …
from the pop-up menu.
