Report on Recipients dialog
[Professional and Corporate Editions Only]
This dialog displays the list of recipients and their status for the selected report. It only displays the recipients to whom the message was attempted to send. If there were no recipients attempted, this dialog will not open.
Status tab displays information for the selected recipient. This information contains name of the server (or other reporting agent) and response from the server, and exact moment of time when the status was reported. This could be a moment when the message was sent, or when bounce or read notification was received. If you were tracking clicks through you will see the URLs that were hit.
You can use Menu to access the recipient information.
List menu let you perform list operations.
Export lets you export the list of recipients from the report. The recipients are going to be exported into a CSV file, which will contain email address, status (1 - permanently undeliverable, 2 - temporarily undeliverable, 3 - successful, 4 - read or clicked through), and click-through information.
Statistics counts the recipients and their status.
Clicks counts clicks through.
Status displays the status of the report. This is only useful when you have sent the message through AY Track. You will be able to find out if AY Track is still busy sending the message, and if it is, you'll be able to cancel the sending.
Retry lets you retry sending. It will open the Retry Sending dialog to let you specify the set of addresses to be re-attempted. You will have this option only when you display all recipients in the report.
Follow Up lets you send a follow up message to the successful recipients. It will open the Follow Up dialog to let you specify the set of recipients. If you were tracking clicks through you will be able to select a group of recipients based on what they clicked through. You will have this option only when you display all recipients in the report.
Help menu displays a help page for the list.
